Sydney’s one-man-band “LLC" (Lorenzo La Cava) is feeling fresh from opening the ‘Emo Extravaganza’ show alongside 5 US bands.

LLC’s next single “What Is Your Name?” (out June 25th) showcases his signature for upbeat-emo 00’s pop-punk music. All the while leaning more into alternative-rock territory with it’s infectious energy & memorable hooks.

Reminiscent of bands like: Jimmy Eat World, Cartel & Fall Out Boy.

Lorenzo shares “This is another love longing song but in the modern era of online dating. Where real connection is more about the internet wifi rather than sharing similar interests or particular views. And not the kind that strives to go viral. In simpler terms, society as a whole has lost it's way when all we want in life is to be loved, seen & heard. This is my coming-of-digital-age anthem!”

Heavily influenced by his older brothers musical (& cinema) tastes. An amalgamation between power pop to alternative rock to "punk grunge". Blending an eclectic mix of acoustic & electric soundscapes.

Before taking the artistic path, Lorenzo worked as a guerrilla marketer for major PR companies promoting shows, movies, charities & other creative outlets. 

From teaching kids musical instruments to caring for his ageing parents, he still bestows the persistence & passion to reach an audience that admires his commitment to uplift & inspire.

Earlier in the year, this multi-instrumentalist opened Emo Extravaganza @ UNSW Roundhouse supporting international bands. Such as: Anberlin, Cartel, Broadside, Hot Chelle Rae & This Wild Life.

Having shared the stage alongside Aussie acts: Stand Atlantic, Chasing Ghosts & Trophy Eyes. His infectious personality & high energy performances make this talented old soul one to watch (& listen).
